MARVIN BRAVO

Marvin Bravo is a skilled therapist and a Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC) with the British Columbia Associaton of Clinical Counselors (BCACC). His areas of expertise include, depression, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, eating disorders, and addiction among other mental health and relationship challenges. Marvin has over 5 years experience working with children, youth, adults, and families in a variety of settings, which include government, community, hospital, and private practice.   

Marvin holds a Masters of Counseling Diploma from Trinity Western University. He is trained in Observed Experiential Integration (OEI) a trauma processing therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Early Psychosis intervention, and also holds a Diploma from the Society of Existential Analysis where he studied Existential Analysis.

Marvin also works currently  with the Ministry of Children and Family and with the Fraser Health Authority as a Mental Health Therapist and Registered Clinical Counsellor.

Marvin’s love for people and his desire to see people succeed has motivated him to work in the field of counselling. He is a gifted therapist, he is empathic and warm and yet challenges his clients to find a more robust perspective on their struggles.  He is passionate about clinical work and considers it a privilege to be invited to share in the story and life of each client.
